Project Manager

• Supervision of overall site works with special focus on civil works.

• Ensure physical measurements during implementation as per civil, structural and architectural drawings.

• Should have knowledge in preparation of daily progress, weekly progress and monthly progress reports of civil activities.

• Site execution, interior work, RCC work and finishing items supervision mandatory skills.

• Civil material bill checking and approval.

• Create and update overall-site work log on daily basis.

• Should have knowledge of civil works like Soil investigation test, piling activities, Surveying activities, Excavation activities, Rod bending/reinforcement works, shuttering. Form works,
  PCC works, RCC works and super structure works etc.

• Project Planning, Execution strategy preparation, monitoring and knowledge of MS Projects.

• Project Start up activities like kick off meeting, Execution and communication procedure, execution plan and strategy.

• Identification of critical path, efficiently handled Critical path of project and other complicated phase / Task of Projects.

• Quality control and documentation control of Project with MIS.

• Excellent communication, team building, analytical, problem-solving skills and report writing skills.

• Earn and maintain Healthy relationship with client and skill to won the confidence of client as Project manager.

• Team Motivator with self-motivation skills.

• Maintained good working relations with other stake holder of Projects like Investors, Ensure physical measurements during implementation as per civil, structural and architectural drawings.
